The art of photography is not about looking into the camera and smiling, it’s about capturing the emotions, creating unforgettable memories. Please don’t expect your baby or child to look into the camera all the time, I will not expect that of you either. Just relax and enjoy, smiles as well as funny faces are the expressions to be expected and hopefully I will have the privilege to capture it all. My modest wish would be to freeze the precious moments in your and your child’s life and for you to look at the photographs together with your child in few years time and simply smile.
How about a professional photo session in your own home?
The environment your baby knows and where you all feel relaxed is perfect for capturing the natural expressions. The aim is to make the photo session a fun, relaxed experience that will result in some fantastic portraits of you and your baby.
Have fun and enjoy yourself!
Practical information:
The session would take place at your home but also weather permitting – outdoors (in your garden or in a park). Whether indoors or outdoors, natural light is always the best option.
The session would usually last from one to maximum three hours with breaks for feeding and changing. Newborns and small babies may also need extra time for comforting, you will not be rushed.
